Maris

Susanne has trained thousands of researchers and academics over the last decade.

Her focus lies with pitching, teamwork and peak performance. Being certified by the Career Management Institute, Susanne works in the top league of coaches in the Netherlands. Originally, she was trained as a clinical and organizational psychologist at the University of Amsterdam. She also graduated from the Geneva School of Art and Design.

Helping thinkers move from insight to action; that’s what gives Susanne her energy. After a workshop, participants go home with a concrete and doable action plan to make their work and life better. In her free time she experiments with fermenting vegetables, practices yoga in her garden every morning and she swims in the sea (almost) all year round.

Sanne Mylonas

Together with the good people from Noorderwind, we train teams of aspiring Aeronautical Enigineers in Delft to think and act entrepreneurial. Our focus lies with how to communicate in teams and how to pitch not only your business plan, but also yourself, while Noorderwind helps building strong business plans through design thinking.

Boukje Vastbinder

Karin van den Boogaert

Together with Karin, we made a podcast about successful women in science, which you can listen -here- . We also combine our knowledge about communication into an all-round offer, since Karin specialises in press training and blogging, which perfectly fits with our pitchtraining and networktraining.

Esther van Duin

Esther is a great trainer who knows how to energize. She also got a PhD so she knows what you are going through.

Annefleur Langedijk

Annefleur is not only a scientist (doing a PhD in pediatrics), she is also a great writer, editor and social media strategist. She helps Maris et al. become more social media savvy.
